A: The scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indexes in order to save power. During that time, it will show "disconnected". To reconnect, turn the scale back on and open the app.

All users can log in to the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.

The app that comes with this scale is life!! We LOVE being able to see how our metrics change/improve on the daily! Was worried at first that other users in the household would be able to see each other's metrics, but as long as each of you has the app on your own devices and you don't add each other as users in your own app, the scale only worries about you! I actually love weighing in every day. You can even set positive or negative tones for gains or losses, if desired. On the app, each of the measured metrics are explained, in case you don't know what something is, and you can compare metrics on any given day, or weekly, for as long as you're weighing in. We love it. Best scale we've ever owned and I hope it lasts.

It has a lot more details about you that it gatherers during the weighing and shows you where your body composition is at. You can set a weight goal and on the app and the scale will show your progress towards that goal. It’s light, rechargeable, and sleek looking. Compared to the scale at the doctor's office, this one's accurate. Our previous scale had only 2 sensors, which made it more sensitive to how you stood on it. The ones with 4 seem to be better in that respect. The only complaint I have is that when you have to step on it briefly to have it zero itself you have to apply more pressure than just a tap. Once zeroed however it seems to keep the calibration so you don't always have to do this step (heh heh)
